eating PHO the Vietnamese way

this is by far, one of the best dining experiences i had. seriously. i can make Anthony Bourdain agree with me on this. able to secure a Vietnamese noodle from a popular local side street food joint in Ho Chi Mihn, then a colleague walked me through the experience. the beef was cooked differently, the greens were fresh (handpicked that morning by the restaurant owner himself), then finish it off with tea. not your typical teabag type, but brewed real tea leaves. that's how a local enjoys his PHO.
