I love Peruvian Cuisine

I'll never have this when I go back to Manila, so I'm savoring the experience. Tiraditos, Ceviches, etc. Peruvian Cuisine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peruvian_cuisine) is fresh, light, and tasty.
Tiradito - a dish similar to Ceviche but shows Japanese sashimi techniques
Peruvian Corn, etc.
Ceviche
Rice!!! finally.

Readily Available

one thing I love here is that branded ice creams are always available in supermarkets. Bought Haagen-Dazs, Ben and Jerry's and Starbucks' Java Frap Chip. Mouth watering. I'm done with the Dazs as I post this.

FIVE Guys

Had Burgers and Fries at Five Guys (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Five_Guys), a famous one, I guess. twas good. the Cajun fries was great as well. But damn those cals. "Men's Health magazine claims that Five Guys' meals are unhealthy. A standard double patty burger, for example, contains 700 calories and 19.5 grams of saturated fat. Men's Health also rated Five Guys' french fries as the 4th most unhealthy food in America, noting that a standard large order of fries contains almost 1,500 calories (but is said to feed 3–4 people)". Sh%#!, but it was goood.
