This dimsum looks like the toasted siopao that we have in Naga City (Bikol, Philippines), except that this is deep fried.

Good company, good food. Cliche. These were from a resto called Abe in Alabang Town Center.

Not so good fish dish.

This is their version of Lechon Paksiw. They call it 'the day after'. I get that.

 best lenguas I've tasted. Or maybe not, i could have just missed lengua that much.
