this fried chicken hails from Korea and a favorite in Nu Yawk, based from what I read. It's
the original double-fried chicken from Kimchi land which removes all the fat on its first fry and makes it "paper-fried crisp" on second frying with a secret sauce inclusion. Bon Chon is the name of this restaurant.
