SUTUKIL
here in Cebu, they have fresh seafoods restaurants called SUTUKIL, derived from local dishes SUGBA (Charcoal-boiled in special sauce, dipped in the requisite sauce mix of soy sauce and calamansi), TULA (Soup in ginger, onion, lemon grass, pechay and tomatoes), and KILAW (Fresh cuts, i.e. seafoods in vinegar, shallots, cucumber and pepper, like ceviche). and what's the best way to start your adventure in Cebu than eating, err, devouring foods from these local restos. I both had lunch and dinner here on my first day ;)
