Peruvian

this was my welcome lunch with the boss. the ceviche trio was a blast.
Ceviche Trio
Peruvian Corn
Potatoes and Crabmeat
Octopus
longer Sea Bass Ceviche plate
ended it with a native Peruvian drink - rice wine, another mix and believe it or not there's an egg yolk here that gives the foamy finish
