best Yellow Fin Tuna slice

I was quite lucky to have a perfect slice of yellow fin cooked in coconut cream. why is it the best slice? see below.

here's why >> it still has that portion of its belly, which tastes like that of its brother: Tuna. and a handful of roe just tops it.
don't forget this dip: mixture of soy, ilocos vinegar, chili, onion, and sugar
