the Php5,000 set

i thought it was just another fancy dinner. but when we entered Ritz Carlton KL, i knew it was gonna be an awesome experience. Indeed it was. Shook Asian and European Showcase Resto at Starhill Gallery delivered. and i was floored when I saw the bill, glad i didn't pay for it.
Sparkling Water
Red Wine for a nice pairing with my Steak
Oven-baked crabmeat and scallops with Cheese
Wild mushroom soup
Citrus Sherbet
For the main course, it was a choice between: Salmon Escalope, Teppanyaki of Tiger Prawn and Premium Grade Australian Wagyu. I chose the Wagyu Sirloin.
Symphony of Dessert: Combo of Creme Brulee, Tiramisu and Fruit Sabayon.
this Tiramisu is amazing
