kinalas (noodle soup with pork's face meat and special sauce)

finally, this local favorite from my province lands on this blog. this is long overdue. although you'd sweat like hell after eating in one of the kinalas joints in the city, every drop of it is worth it. even hot chicks frequent these places and they look hotter after, literally.

always have a n extra sauce and shredded meat

this bowl has the extra sauce and meat, pepper, lime, fish sauce, vinegar and chili. damn good.
