breakfast at its BEST
imagine having to eat in the morning for a week with these choices...
bacon
ham
sausage
|
no worries.. refilled right away with different kind of dimsum
mixed veggies
pasta
fried rice
congee station
indian viands..
cheese and cold cuts
salad bar
breads and spreads
oat i guess
this still doesn't top the one i had in Sofitel Bangkok, that was the best bread pudding I had
bottomline, i would have the unhealthy bacon, ham, egg omelet, fried rice, some potatoes, fresh milk and tea
CRABS to die for
chips with chili sauce, 2 servings of killer seafood fried rice, and an order of freakin CHILI CRABS! just a meal to die for.
LAMB
first WINE that I actually liked
lesson that I learned: if you want a great-tasting wine, buy the expensive ones. no such bitterness that you feel in the cheap bottles
hooker, este hawker food
as i down these simple yet exquisite-tasting foods, i was wishing that "turu-turo" foods in the streets of Manila taste like them,
hongkong-style noodles, damn good
Kallang (dont know if I wrote this right) in oyster sauce and garlic - can beat any dish in similar category
spicy sting ray. i thought eating this is taboo but it tastes good.
