how many times did i hail this local noodle soup in my province called Kinalas? I know. more than enough for you guys to throw a cuss on this blog.. or smog. i don't even know what to call this site anymore due to my absence. But nonetheless, forget about those times cos this post is the 'ultimate' Kinalas experience for a tourist visiting our place, Naga City. the difference? this has the 'secret ingredient'. imagine when Mark Dacascos reveals the secret ingredient in Iron Chef America? yup.. so here... Pig's Brain!
